Hardcore latex fetishists would insist that nothing else compares to latex, and that pvc is essentially a "poor mans" latex.  However, I find myself attracted to the category of fetish fabrics relating to leather, pvc, vinyl, and latex.

I can't say that I have a strong preference of one over the other.  The feel of latex is more unique than the others, however the ease of maintenance, lower costs, and higher gloss of pvc makes it attractive.

Further, I prefer - only slightly - the "slick" touch of pvc versus the "stickiness" of latex.  Recently I have come across some very high quality 4-way stretch pvc, which is great for stockings.  Latex stockings are quite expensive, easy to tear, and hell of a bitch to make.

Granted, if you want the look of transparent latex - there is no substitute - but if you're going for solid colors, and simple designs, pvc would be my preference.  Attached is a pic of a girl wearing pvc stockings.

We received new latex colors this week.  Unfortunately we had ordered pearlsheen orange and got regular orange, and we got burgundy instead of pearlsheen red.  So, the pearlsheen will have to wait 3-4 more months until we can get them in.  Arrrggghhh!!!!!!!!

We'd love to hear what you would like to see in orange latex, as currently I don't have any idea as to what I'm going to do with 300 yards of it.  I'm thinking that it could make for good stockings or leggings, when paired with a black or dark colored top. 

Latex leggings seem to be all the rage in the last few months with celebrity sightings and talk about them in all the trendiest fashion magazines and websites.  Orange is such a bright color, it really needs to be used as a compliment with more muted tones. 

Could be used in athletic wear.  Perhaps hot shorts with white trim and matching athletic top?  People did not respond that well to my first foray into latex athletic wear.  I guess latex and athletic wear isn't a combination that people desire.  Need to think more along the lines of glamour, fantasy, and lingerie.  Hmmm....
