Womens' how to guide for Halloween
Halloween is the one true holiday that I believe is for men. Women get Valentines Day, everyone gets Christmas, and all those other holidays are made up by the card companies to make money. To all you women who stay at home and turn the lights off, who dress up in large furry costumes to the point that I don't know if you're a woman or a man, shame on you! Appease men this one day of the year, and go crazy with the most provocative, fantastic, over-the-top outfits, that we men only dream about on the other 363 days of the year.
There is so much to choose from: vinyl nurses, latex catsuits, corsets, whips, thigh-high boots, patent leather this and that, 6 inch heels, dominatrix outfits, leather, fetish, fantasy, whew - I better slow down! Seriously though, I deem it every women's responsibility to ask her significant other to share what he would like to see her in, or if you are a woman without a significant other take it upon yourself to dress the way you think a man would fantasize. After all, this is the only opportunity you have all year long to go completely crazy, walk around in public, and pretty much anything is totally acceptable.
Here are a few suggestions to get you on your way. If dressing as a nurse or a nun - make sure it's a vinyl or latex nurse or nun. Why? Because it makes it that much more taboo. The shininess draws attention to the outfit and really stands out, plus latex and vinyl are often associated with sexiness and sensuality. Vinyl is cheaper, but probably won't fit quite as well as latex. Plus, latex is probably one more level down on the "taboo" scale, as it's rarely seen out and about, and the feel and qualities of the material are sure to garner attention. Be careful though, after a few rounds of witch's brew you will want to avoid falling or getting caught on any sharp edges, as latex will rip.
My next piece of advice: go to a costume party or a club. What's the point of getting dressed up just to stay at home? You can do that any day of the year (and I'm definitely not arguing against that). Go out and be a tease. Have fun, build up some tension, and if you're sober enough to release it when you get home at the end of the night, it will be all the more fun!
Lastly, assuming you make it home, don't disrobe as if your clothes were on fire. Even if you are hot or uncomfortable, ripping off everything as fast as you can is not sexy, and it takes all the fun out of it for guys. Let us do the work, especially if you have lots of fun zippers or buttons - allow the guy to make his moves and go as fast or slow as he desires. I guarantee it will be fun for both of you! Sigh, how much longer until October?
